RHAN is a nationwide network of organizations and individuals advocating for RH policies and programs at the national and local levels. Setting up of local RHAN in the regions will be considered but currently many member organizations have local and or regional presence and constituencies.

Vision:

RHAN envisions a Filipino society where every Filipino has access to safe, affordable and quality, gender responsive sexual and RH services they need in all stages of their life, achieved through the State’s promotion, respect and protection and fulfillment of SRR as an integral part of Human Rights.

Mission:

RHAN advances the SRR of every woman, man and young person, free from violence, discrimination and stigma, through advocacy for gender equitable policy and program reforms, resource mobilization with key stakeholders and communities.

Goals:

• Reproductive Heath policies and programs that conform to human rights and human - centered development principles are in place.

• For RHAN to be a nationwide movement of Reproductive Health advocates advancing and influencing RH policies and programs at the national and local levels.
